Dr Shamser Singh Thapa
Dr Shamser Thapa, the Principal Solicitor at Shamser Thapa & Associates, has over 30 years of legal experience spanning Nepal and Australia. As the first Nepalese lawyer in Australia, he has been instrumental in helping countless Nepalese individuals and families settle in the country, particularly during the late 1990s and early 2000s. His impressive credentials include an LLM and a PhD in Laws, and authorship of the acclaimed work Safe Third Country vs Non-refoulement from the University of Western Sydney.
With a deep understanding of complex legal and migration matters, Dr Thapa is uniquely positioned to assist clients with a wide range of legal issues. His personalised approach ensures that every client feels supported and informed throughout their legal journey.
